Please carefully read our policies and process

If something for your wedding requires printing, we can produce it. From save the dates, cups, to napkins, favor bags, secondline handkerchiefs, thank you notes and invitations for each of your wedding events. Weddings are our specialty.

We offer thermography, offset, letterpress, engraving, laser cutting, foil printing, die-cutting, digital, and custom wax seals or reception and ceremony paper accessories.



Our hours are by appointment only so that we may give each of our customers the luxury of a one-on-one personal consultation at their leisure. During this opportunity, we listen to your ideas, show you samples from our portfolio and jot down ideas for something completely new and unique for your wedding paper ensemble.


We consider ourselves social stationery experts and knowledgeable on wording etiquette, so we can help guide you on selecting wording appropriate for your paper trousseau. It is helpful during your initial appointment to bring design samples you are using in the design of your wedding.



Once the scope of work for your stationery is agreed to, we provide you with an invoice. When the deposit is paid, we commence work on your order.


Deposits and Payments are non-refundable. Once the materials for your order have been purchased or design time has been engaged, we are unable to credit those cost to your account. If procurement or custom production on materials for your order has not been initiated, we are happy to apply your deposit, minus fees for design time and proof costs already incurred, towards other product or merchandise.



Work on creating the layout design for your order can take up to a week or two depending on the timeframe and complexity of your order. Please note that on items requiring content such as booklets or wedding programs: we are always delighted to provide editing tips on grammar and typos. However we rely on you to submit to us with your final draft of wording in order to commence work on your order. We cannot begin design work with incomplete or partial content.


We will provide you with one complete proof of your order in PDF format. Once you have had the opportunity to review the proof carefully and confirm that the information is accurate, we request that you provide to us via email one complete checklist of your requested changes to prepare your final proof. We do not accept verbal, voicemail or partial instructions under any circumstances.


Proofing time can take anywhere from several days to several weeks depending on the complexity of your order and how quickly you get back to us or provide us with your content in final format.



Once a final proof is approved, payment for your order is due. Turnaround time to complete production on your order varies from 2 to 6 weeks. We recommend that you begin your consultation with us as early in your wedding planning process as possible and that wedding invitations be ordered at least 4 to 6 months prior to the date which they need to be mailed by.


Completed orders are not delivered or mailed until the invoice is paid for in full.



Stationery Stylist will happily include our in-house designed sketches or monograms for your order. Sketches, design ideas, text, custom monograms and proprietary illustrations or logos remain the property of Stationery Stylist unless a copyright release agreement has been agreed to and release fee has been paid. Customers may commission artwork to own, additional pricing for that service commensurates with the elaborateness or detail of the project.
